Nepal peak climbing is a dream for a great number of
mountaineers and for some good reasons. The NMA (Nepal Mountaineering
Association) issues permissions for peak climbing in Nepal
with pretty simple formalities. For your knowledge, the NMA was
instituted in 1973 with the aims of encouraging climbing activities in
Nepal, protecting the interests of Nepalese engaged in tours by
advancing their professional & mountaineering abilities,
popularizing mountain climbing activities amongst Nepalese youths and
students, and creating attentiveness, both at national &
international level, of the requirement to maintain the splendor of the
mighty Himalaya for the upcoming generations. Some trekking peaks are
easy to climb, but others are technical and demand to have a guide and
porter by the side of you.
Most
of these climbing trips take you through wild and virgin alpine
regions, out of reach of regular trekkers and which will be a true bliss

Island Peak Expedition:
Rising 6,189m above the sea level, Island Peak climbing
certainly tops the list of adventure climbers. Also known as Imja Tse,
Island Peak is magnificently placed in the centre of Chhukung valley, on
pinnacle of the Chhukung Glacier amid Mt. Lhotse & Ama Dablam. This
peak, coming down as an expansion of the edge from the southern point
of Lhotse Shar, sits like an island in the sea of ice, thus it was named
Island Peak by a mountaineering group of Eric Shipton in 1953. If you
are after adventure climbing, then this is the peak for you.
Mera Peak Expedition:
Standing at 21,190 ft, Mera Peak is the highest trekking peak in the country of Nepal. In fact, Mera peak climbing
is found to be the most exciting activity among adventure seekers who
travel to Nepal for ultimate adventure. Placed on the border of popular
Khumbu Region, Mera Peak is an adventurous peak with technical
complexities and wonderful sights of the globe’s 8000m Kanchenjunga, Mr.
Everest, Cho-Oyu, and Makalu from the zenith of it. It’s ideal for
those who prefer technical climbing and also has previous mountaineering
experience. Nevertheless, you should have great physical-fitness & a
great sense of adventure to accomplish this expedition successfully.

you finally arrive at the gigantic Mera peak, you find yourself looking
down and towards great many beautiful natural landscapes. You’ll have a
direct view of the southern face of the Everest from this point of your
trek. Best of all, you will have many rare glances of watershed area,
the wild & heavily wooded valleys Hinku & Hongu Drangkas from
this blissful space.
